Product information:

This horizontal surface is required by IEC 62368-1:2018 Annex T.7, IEC 60065-1:2014 clause 12.1.5, IEC 60950-1: 2013 Clause 4.2.6 and etc.

The horizontal surface consists of hardwood at least 13 mm thick, mounted on two layers of plywood each 19 mm to 20 mm thick, all supported on a concrete or equivalent non-resilient floor.

The height of the drop shall be:

- 750mm±10mm for desk-top equipment and movable equipment;

- 1000mm±10mm for hand-held equipment, direct plug-in equipment and transportable equipment;

- 350mm±10mm for a part acting as a fire enclosure only of desk-top equipment and movable equipment;

- 500mm±10mm for a part acting as fire enclosure only of hand-held equipment, direct plug-in equipment and transportable equipment.
