IEC 60884-1:2013 clause 10.5, figure 9 and figure 10 The probe

These two test probes separately confirm to the IEC 60884-1:2013 clause 10.5, figure 9 and figure 10. The SN2110 test probe with 20N force is used to test whether the live parts inside can be touched. The SN2110-A test probe with 1N force is for testing whether the live parts with the protection of socket can be touched.

1. Test probe with force of 20N SN2110:

The probe part: 3+0.03 0 ×1+0.015 0 ×80±0.5; end rounded: R0.2±0.05, with 20N force.

2. Test probe with force of 1N SN2110-A:

The probe part: Φ1+0.015 0 ×80±0.5; end rounded: R0.05, with 1N force.

Application method:

Touching the specimen with the end of the probe and then respectively exert the force of 20N or 1N until the probe is bulged and the A-A surface is abreast with the B-B surface.
