Non-detachable parts of household appliances, electrical accessories, lamps, etc.
Application:
It is used to check non-detachable parts that protect against access to live parts, moisture or contact with moving parts shall be fixed witha reliable manner and withstand the mechanical stress ocurring during normal use.
Test Process:

A force is applied without jerks for 10 s in the most unfavourable direction to parts likely to be weak. The force is as follows:

 - pull force, 50N;

 - pull force:

if the shape of the part is such that the fingertips cannot easly slip off, 50N;
if the projection of the part that is gripped is less than 10mm in the direction of removal, 30
The push force is applied by test probe 11 of IEC 61032.
