Introduction:

Ball Pressure Tester is for testing plastic to which hazardous voltage parts are mounted (i.e. terminal backs, transformer bobbins, etc...) in accordance with most IEC, EN Standards and internationally harmonized UL and CSA Standards (950, 1010, 601, 335, etc.). The unit exerts 20N force on sample. Entirely stainless steel.

1: Ball Diameter: 500mm, R2.5mm

2: Total test pressure: 20N +/-0.2N

3: Samples bearing: Diameter 50mm, length: 100mm, solid stainless steel cylinder

4: Material: Stainless steel

Note:

This test is required to be conducted in an oven at an elevated ambient tempreature.
